EAB Racing Team is proud to announce that Danish rider Simon Jespersen will join the Dutch squad for the 2026 FIM World Supersport Championship. Jespersen will compete aboard the Ducati Panigale V2, as the team continues to establish itself as a consistent force within the WorldSSP paddock.
The 23-year-old Jespersen, born in Copenhagen, is known as one of the most promising talents from Scandinavia. The young Dane already has experience in the FIM World Supersport Championship, where he impressed many times during the past seasons. He achieved his first podium finish — an impressive second place at Balaton Park earlier this year. Jespersen has also gained international experience with several teams and on different motorcycles, having competed in the Spanish ESBK Superbike and Supersport Championships, as well as in the FIM JuniorGP World Championship and the Red Bull Rookies Cup.
For both Simon and EAB Racing Team, this partnership represents an important step forward. Preparations for the new season are already underway, and both sides are excited about what lies ahead. With Simon Jespersen joining the team, the EAB Racing Team looks forward to a strong and promising 2026 campaign.

EAB Racing Team samen met Simon Jespersen voor WK Supersport 2026
Het EAB Racing Team is trots om aan te kondigen dat de Deense coureur Simon Jespersen in 2026 zal uitkomen voor het Nederlandse team in het FIM World Supersport Championship. Jespersen zal de strijd aangaan op de Ducati Panigale V2, waarmee EAB Racing Team zich opnieuw positioneert als vaste waarde binnen het WK Supersport.
De 23-jarige Jespersen, geboren in Kopenhagen, geldt als één veelbelovend talenten uit Scandinavië. De jonge coureur heeft inmiddels al veel ervaring opgedaan in het FIM World Supersport kampioenschap, waar hij indruk maakte. In het afgelopen seizoen behaalde hij zijn eerste podiumfinish met een indrukwekkende tweede plaats op Balaton Park. Eerder maakte Jespersen ook al indruk in het WK Supersport bij diverse team en op verschillende motorfietsen. Zo was de Deense-coureur ook al actief in het Spaanse ESBK Superbike en Supersport kampioenschap maar ook in het FIM JuniorGP Wereldkampioenschap en de Red Bull Rookies Cup.
Voor zowel Simon als EAB Racing Team betekent deze samenwerking een belangrijke stap voorwaarts. De voorbereiding op het nieuwe seizoen is inmiddels in werking gezet. Het beloofd een mooie samenwerking te worden en beide partijen zijn enthousiast. Met Simon Jespersen aan boord kijkt het EAB Racing Team met vertrouwen uit naar het seizoen 2026.
