The EAB Racing Team will complete the FIM World Supersport season with Australian talent Harrison Voight. At just 19 years old, the young rider already brings a big experience in motorsport. From the next World Supersport round in Misano, Harrison Voight will step aboard the EAB Racing Team’s Ducati Panigale V2
The Dutch-based EAB Racing Team will continue its season in the World Supersport Championship together with the young Australian from the Misano round, which takes place from Friday, June 13 to Sunday, June 15. Voight has already gained valuable experience across various championships, despite his young age. He has been successful in the FIM JuniorGP World Championship, competed in the Red Bull Rookies Cup, and showed impressive things in the Australian Superbike Championship riding a Ducati Panigale V4. Since 2023, Voight has been racing in the FIM Moto2 European Championship, where he has been showing promising performances.
EAB Racing Team is excited about this new collaboration and aims to grow together with Voight over the remainder of the season in the highly competitive World Supersport field. The team also want to thanks Bryan D’Onofrio for his dedication and motivation during the past two races. The Italian made his debut in the championship as a replacement for Loris Veneman, who ended his season prematurely.
Pjotr Groenenberg: “After Cremona, we evaluated what and who we needed to complete the season successfully. That’s when we received the recommendation from Rob Vennegoor to get in touch with Australian rider Harrison Voight. We approached him, and he approved the opportunity with both hands. Even though he is only 19 years old, he already has a lot of experience and certainly has the potential to show something special. He has previously stepped in as a replacement rider in the World Supersport field in Australia. Alongside riding for our team, he is also competing in the FIM Junior Moto2 Championship.”

EAB Racing Team en Harrison Voight samen in WK Supersport
Het EAB Racing Team zal het FIM World Supersport seizoen afmaken met Australisch talent Harrison Voight. De 19-jarige coureur is met zijn jonge leeftijd al een ervaren coureur in de motorsport. Vanaf het eerstkomende raceweekend tijdens het WK Supersport in Misano zal Voight op de Ducati Panigale V2 machine plaatsnemen van het EAB Racing Team.
Het Nederlandse EAB Racing Team zal vanaf het weekend in Misano van vrijdag 13 tot en met zondag 15 juni zijn seizoen afmaken in het WK Supersport kampioenschap samen met de jonge Australiër, Harisson Voight. De pas 19-jarige coureur heeft al veel ervaring opgedaan in tal van kampioenschappen. Zo was hij succesvol in het FIM JuniorGP World Championship, reed hij in de Red Bull Rookies Cup maar liet ook uitstekende dingen zien in het Australisch Superbike kampioenschap op een Ducati Panigale V4. Vanaf 2023 rijdt Voight in het FIM Moto2 European Championship en laat hier goede dingen zien.
Het EAB Racing Team is blij met deze samenwerking en wil samen met Voight stappen maken gedurende het seizoen in het sterke veld van het WK Supersport. Het team wil ook Bryan D’Onofrio bedanken voor zijn inzet en motivatie tijdens de afgelopen twee wedstrijden. De Italiaan maakte zijn debuut in het kampioenschap als vervanger van Loris Veneman, die zijn seizoen vroegtijdig beëindigde.
Pjotr Groenenberg: “Na Cremona zijn we gaan kijken wie en wat we nodig hadden om het seizoen goed af te maken. We kregen toen de tip van Rob Vennegoor om contact op te nemen met de Australiër Harrison Voight. Wij hebben hem benaderd en hij greep die kans met beide handen aan. Ondanks dat hij pas 19 jaar is, beschikt hij over veel ervaring en kan hij zeker iets moois laten zien. In Australië viel hij al eerder in als vervanger binnen het World Supersport-veld. Naast zijn deelname aan ons team rijdt hij ook in het FIM Junior Moto2-kampioenschap.”
